A tip about succesful socializing

Many people (the author included) seem to have problem interacting in a social level . They are reserved, afraid to give away any clue about their personality in their social contacts. They do so in fear of being heart and thinking almost always of the worst possible scenario where the other person will use even trivial information against them. The problem is that by doing so they appear distant and simply rejective to others making people around unwilling to try to come in contact even if they want . When someone tries to communicate and always gets blocked by a wall it is to be expected that he or she will stop trying. There is although a way that can help the reserved person is such a situation. This way is expressing the weakness it has in a way like " sorry if I seem a little crude . It's just that I am not realy good at talking with people " or something like that. Although it is difficult to say something like this to another it creates the neccesary ground for a willing participant of the interaction to continue trying and not stop. That way interactions get better in quality and the person in question can develop more self esteem to face his/her problems and better interact creating an ever improving chain of better interaction and more will of contact.
